Could be perfect if the screen was not as fragile. 1 drop and the screen is dead (older models were much more resistant). As against the phone still works. Bought one for my daughter just before: exactly the same problem. Too bad, otherwise there would be no complaints. Works great, easy to use. As for packaging and shipping, no complaints.
