We run a small business (restaurants) and just around the corner (and anywhere across the street) is a (honey locust?) not yet precisely identified, definitely a highly Laubender tree. He begins, as every year before the beginning of September to arbors. Little nasty sheets which come with the customers in the store.
Wired devices is difficult as parking, seating and the walkway in the way. Everywhere will be hanged.
Gasoline is too loud for me. So I decided on this battery unit.
I was not disappointed ..
Unwrapped, assembled, battery charged and there you go! (By the way, you need to assemble user manual, I have still not reingeschaut)
First, I use it as an air brush and blow the leaves first together .. under the car, between the chairs ..
Then with 5 simple steps (1st blast socket out, 2. collection bag pure, 3. Collection bag - end to the hook on the machine, suction grille 4. 5. Remove the intake manifold mount) the pile is sucked up.
There can be difficulties;
Not too much at once, so do not hold the tube just in the pile and expect that everything will disappear hey presto. It tends to clog instantly. I'll slowly and comfortably from the edges, nice and slow so that can be absorbed and processed. Then it happened also not clogged it.
Problems with the performance there could be in my view;
- Large vigorous leaves, I am thinking it would come to its limits.
- Blowing leaves on the lawn. One would have to work with Turbo, combined with a large area, it may be that not enough of the battery. (In my case it is the side of the road when I use it, on the asphalt I can work in Eco mode, so no problems here).
For small gardens, small farms with "small leaves" it is the ideal tool I find.
A strong buy recommendation!
Addendum 09.10.2014: If you suck moist deciduous, then leaves sets in the intake section (at the edges of the turbine) .. with the time it reduces the performance. With a piece of wood (road) but very easy to clean. Screwdriver should avoid it, caused scratches in the intake could quickly provide with dirt clogging and again for blockages.
Addendum 09.20.2014: YES .. my tree permits still krätig !! :) Now I speak the leaf vacuum pretty good, so I is the battery imbibed gerademal halfway to consume everything. Tip: The small "reducer" which you can attach to the blowpipe attach strongly advised not to. Takes quite a bit of power away. I can work better now in Eco mode. Tips unfortunately still clogging, especially the stems of the leaves (in my long stalk to which the blades are mounted side, falling naturally from and remain many powerful and long stems that stuck in Ansaugtrackt if too much is drawn at one time)
The only negative thing about this device.
