us is nothing else in the kitchen. We use it mostly for roasting meat.
Although the price is relatively high, but with us holds 1kg about 8 weeks - we cook almost daily basis.

Not to be confused with commercial coconut oil.
Palmin as is coconut oil, but a hardened oil (Google for "hydrogenated oils" and "trans fats").

The coconut smell is subtle and pleasantly perceivable, the tasteless - the food tastes then no way to coconut.
