After buying several intermediate models (and then sold), I dwell on this Sony that meets my expectations even downgraded. The analogue zoom is impressive on this device, a beautiful deep zoom which progresses very linearly during filming. The Sanyo fished much at this level: zooms enough progressive.
The image of Sony is well defined outside, it lacks a little "dive". Paradoxically, with the zoom, we get to improve a little sharpness: it is perhaps the autofocus which is also effice on the Sanyo. So I have not had time to test all modes. I've only played with the interior mode to try to correct the defects. In interior, the color of a pixel is not the same from one image to another and obviously for demanding person, we have a video inside with the impression that this slime everywhere but really everywhere: ( we are very disappointed).
But in the category of ways to capture moments of life (camcorders or camera pictures with video function) less than 300, I'm not disappointed. I compare videos with other devices of friends on the same price range, this device is ultra competitive. Around 100, camcorders, this is really the disaster is worse than a good smartphone. Do not have an HD Television to enjoy them.
