This little book is very interesting, and like all of the collection, it is characterized after uen small dose of humor that makes you want to get started !!! I have not yet tested the exercises as I am currently the program glutes abs lazy (which I highly recommend !!!) a little (lot) more sustained lol I will soon start the pilates program because I really need to relax me! Brief reading was very interesting, and I will test the effectiveness, but I do not really have doubts about the quality of the program as the results I have seen with the abs and glutes gym box lazy! In addition ave cles 2 works cited above, and the body of lazy dreams that book is a gem !!! I recommend it!
One can quickly get tired of a program so that I advise is to alternate programs (1fois glutes abs, pilates 1 time, 1 time body dreams, or to alternate sessions for a pleasant change!) If you want to move and you see retonifier lose weight I lost 5 kg in accordance with the program of Gymbox + a diet not too restrictive)
