I chose this book on the recommendation of a friend therapist. He enlightened me on many points on the body and mind complex that remained for me. The content is very scientific (but well illustrated by numerous examples for better understanding), we must read it and reread because any "enters" not necessarily in the first reading. This book is a sort of bible that I regularly consults according to my lived daily or questioning that I still ask myself after a recent difficult passage. We do not pay any fear of no return, but we recommend it! I attribute 4 **** for one can "win" at times. We must persevere and go all the way ... do not hesitate to revisit certain passages that become bright in 2nd reading ...
