Very nice clock and good service, but poor free processing!

I bought the clock and was very pleased. She was something big and I had to remove a link. Unfortunately no suitable tool was supplied. Fortunately, I had one of my old Fossiluhr left.
I think the clock very nice and did they want to wear.
But after approximately 1 year began the stones fall out (8 pieces within a very short time). Therefore, even a star.
The service offered by Amazon, however, was exemplary.
