Also, I can only recommend buying. The device looks really good. The regulation of power levels is very easy to use. It's my second device (the first of another manufacturer stopped 3 years) and I use it daily as a replacement for my ceramic hob which takes me too long. Burnt food I had not yet had, but I also do not use the temperature settings. The fans are of course a little louder but still quieter than the hood.
