So far I have my flesh always with a coconut oil (also tend to be higher priced, seared, but a great effect in this coconut oil:. Even when roasting emanates from the pan next to the meat smell a subtle coconut scent, this just does not like you, or a simple omelette gets a pleasant, unexpected, surprising coconut touch. Our family loves it!
Nevertheless, only four stars: The plastic hinged lid broke after a short time, and in general I like the plastic package is not so good, so I will probably order a glass pack next time!
