Since the Tubber lunchbox plastic no longer out of the question for me, I originally wanted the bread pan from Jamie Oliver, which is made of carbon steel, or the Vintage breadbox of Typhoon - both also with the very practical cutting board wooden lid. I have but then decided for this because of the ceramic material. After a week, I can say that the shelf life of bread / rolls is good, somewhat softens but with auftoasten again is excellent crispy. The air vents on the sides ensure good ventilation - a very nice, practical lunchbox.
