The putting into use company is also very simple: unscrew the three large screws under the lamp, used batteries, screws tighten (but not too sporty, plastic thread!).
Lamp shall be at least splashproof; I have not tried, but the seals and the building feel as if this is more than true.
It can be adjusted several flashing patterns: Once only white on top and then the red LEDs in the side with continuous light and different rhythms. It's bright and striking enough in any case, and thus fulfilled (hopefully) the requirements of the relevant Euro countries.
