I use the cleansing lotion in the morning and evening. An approximately hazelnut-sized amount is enough for the face and neck. The lotion is gently spread, I leave 2 min. move and sink off with lukewarm water. Then I dab face with a soft towel or Kosnetiktuch dry and wear the Dr. Schrammek Rosea Calm Cream on. I feel very well maintained and my skin radiates. What do I want more? With the bottle to get out about 6 weeks.
