So I really do not believe in Formula diets and am moving with my weight in the normal range. But after I have risen in the past year through mobility and moving almost 10Kilo and not get down again, but I have now decided after Christmas for me to order protein shakes in order at least once should get a start. I have to admit, it was and still is hard for me to really accept only these 5 shakes per day to me, plagued by hunger (though I have to drink more than enough). I have never been prepared only 5 servings with water, it was too much for me Sweet - I've eaten then slight Mixpickels or Gewürzgürkchen, simply to neutralize the sweetness. This also is not a lot of calories. Or chicken or vegetable drink in between to act the cravings which counteracts Hearty. In parallel with this shake diet I count calories on other days, when I'm working I do not like to prepare the shakes me to work. Here, I try so carb as possible to feed. And now, what shall I say, after 1 week are 2.5 kilos down.
I ordered both the coffee and cocoa as well as the blueberry cassis Shake, and I personally find the coffee-cocoa like better of the two. Both taste and consistency of the. the coffee-cocoa shake is nice and creamy after 5 minutes standing time, whereas the Blueberry Shake is still quite thin. However, this tastes great stirred into yogurt + milk.
