Unless oneself physician, neuropsychologist or cognitive science, I found this book very boring and too technical. There is not much left of the discipline and of Buddhist thought, except for the meager response of the Dalai Lama as soon overwhelmed by those of present scientific redundant, if not finish losing a little ... Apart from a few pages at the beginning and end that attracted my attention and interest, the rest was rather painful to read ...
