Without following all the advice to the letter, I "dug" anything that suited me: exercises, recipes ... and I change the menus to suit my taste ... and I lost 2 6 months kilos that I wanted, I am very satisfied, and now I continue to keep good habits that I acquired through this book, although some councils are "passed ace" because not suitable my professional life!
