Very very beneficial

I find that the author offers deeper and subtle lighting that I can read usual.
This book offers a particular method that I have found very effective when you feel heaviness, unresolved issues, "shade" ... Before you can move on to more traditional coaching methods, which require often already feel good.

He is one of the few books I then re-ordered, to be able to keep my copy and give to relatives,
rather than get rid of it by giving or selling.
Well, as saying that I recommend :).

Make really exercises book, not just read them, it's worth it.
