Moderately satisfied because VERY weak: Just like the comment Calitof, after 1iere use Universal already has a hit on the blade for standard use on plastic board. The peeler it is inefficient compared to my traditional stainless steel blade with single :-(.
For the money and already with ceramic knives added positive feedback of the brand, I expected a cut quality, resistance and exceptional handling ...
