In Memory Of:
Virtual Wall Virtual Wall for Roomba, which is not exceeded. If the room is cleaned before, Roomba returns to its docking unit.
Lighthouse: Virtual border that will not be released until the Roomba has completed the room sucked before.
For easier reading, I use the term Virtual Wall, but my both (Wall and Lighthouse).
The here-reviewed articles support both. Control on a sliding switch on the front. There is also another knob for adjusting the distance between Virtual Wall and your real wall. Level 1 = 1m, Level 2 = 2m, Level 3 = 2-3m.
The Virtual Wall is supplied without batteries required. It needed two LR14C batteries. Are these inserted and Roomba is actively taking the new Virtual Wall away to their operation. Another configuration is required. Everything easy of handling.
Conclusion:
+ Easy launching for the Roomba, for Roomba 780
+ Ready for immediate use
- No batteries this so additional costs and possibly delayed start-up unless you have batteries in the house. [For a point deduction]
- No manual here. But it works as described came along in the video on the DVD with the Roomba (780).
