When unpacking and assembling the trapezoid has a pungent odor filled my nostrils. The finish of the wood smelled very strongly, then I have the whole thing first banished for a while on the terrace. Since it no longer smells though, it is striking at a closer look that the materials may not be high quality safe. Even the logo on the crossbar above dissolves in light scratching with fingernails. My daughter (3 months) is thankfully not yet properly tuned to the rings, as these are generally related to quite high. I will soon remove the objects and even hang lozenges and scratch-resistant toys in it.
