I opted for the test, because I have been told by a doctor in the last blood test, I should take time over the winter Vitamin C. I have taken them, 1 times daily as prescribed and have so far not noticed, but had since not in the blood test to determine whether something has changed to the values. I have to take this longer anyway so I will let me surprise at the next examination. The capsules also came in the screw socket with the seal under the lid, easy handling. And for me is definitely a product that I'll buy more. I would recommend it because the revenue is well tolerated.
