BTW: The installation service from Amazon is really awesome. This 100kg part I would not want to drag with my neighbors in the cellar.
Now for the negative part, the volume. This bothers me and I was extremely long thinking on whether I should return the unit again.
The volume of the device can no longer be referred to as low and should not be prior art to an actual device. Our old devices are much quieter and practically inaudible. The new freezer is with us in the cellar with open staircase and can be heard up to the 2nd floor. Most of the fans of No-Frost disturb function and unfortunately running more than 10 hours a day.
In an open stairway of this unit is definitely not recommended.
Update 26.04 .:
My device is neither defective nor need it a review of the volume. According to the specifications of Bosch has a higher volume by 3 dB than my old equipment. I have at home even fairly high-quality equipment for measuring the sound level. But as I look at this as a realistic 3dB from feeling and my experience here I do not need to bother me a measurement.
Small supplement:
I am always amazed at who and assess certain devices such as Amazon people and Comments Post serve the apparently rather a marketing purpose. As each his own judgment to make about it. Personally, I am now very skeptical of all reviews and if ever I take comments seriously have marked a confirmed purchase from Amazon.
