Respect. optimal cushioning and support of the deposit you have to make concessions. That's okay, but nothing more. I do not compare the deposits
orthotics, but compared to other deposits in the price range (Bergal X-Treme, Pedag Viva Sports, Pedag Viva Winter, Pedag Viva Outdoor) is the padding and support of the foot significantly worse. This is not to say that the support is bad, but not as well as we know this from other Bergal deposits.
In addition, the cushioning in the heel compared to Bergal X-Treme or Bergal Soft luxury is considerably weaker and therefore confines itself (in my view) the application range of the Thermo Tec Plus insole already clearly a, ie Christmas market yes, Christmas hike no. Here I take then prefer to Bergal X-Treme or Pedag Viva Sport (this also has relatively good insulating properties through the air chamber system).
For size:
I have all insoles (Bergal and Pedag) size 44, and I still have to cut a small piece of the Bergal X-Treme. However, the Thermo Tec Plus are still a whole lot bigger than the X-Treme, so I could try it here (in retrospect) also real size 43 can.
Conclusion:
The Thermo Tec Plus is based on the thermal properties of an extremely good and also cheap insole. But who is looking for more support for "foot problems" or support with heavy use of the feet, which can be found here (in my opinion) not optimal insole. That is why only 4 stars because it is promised in the product description. Better than the "usual" flat winter insoles (eg Bergal, Deichmann, etc.) is the Thermo Tec Plus but loose and in this case I would always prefer the Bergal insole.
