Beware of potential buyers, if you use s-voice with headphones of your S4 to receive and make calls you will encounter a problem during outgoing calls. The covered S4 can receive calls against if you want to happen when the flip is closed it will not work. Pressing and holding the button on the earphone wire should enable s-voice and allow you to activate the directory or any other command. This will work if the flip is open but not when it is closed. This problem began to spread on the net. I wrote to the samsung hotline but in reply I received an invitation to call them. This bug prevents therefore to make calls with the headset when the device is in an inside pocket of a garment except the insert with the flap open. Damage to a product actually quite expensive.
