The pan is well-established and proven quality in Tefal. Photographs of the seller or manufacturer has however tricked. The pan is very flat. Frying and cooking comes naturally. Paella or peppers, or other foods that need a large high pan are to prepare with great caution. It lacks a centimeter height. Too Bad.
