Way to freedom!

After unsightly permanent quarrel with his old record label Curb Tim McGraw's debut album on Big Machine Records of the Country community was eagerly awaited. The result is a real quality thrust has helped the black sheltered superstar to his probably best album since "Live like You Were Dying" in 2004. Already with the first notes of the theme song "Two Lanes of Freedom" you can feel a pleasant lightheartedness that through authentic emotionality is expressed in the quieter passages of the album. As early as last summer, McGraw had a first bang ended with the rock song "Truck yeah" (the deluxe album version contains a bonus track, a rousing live version), before the 2.Single "One of those nights" in February this year Place 1 of Country airplay carts reached.

"Two Lanes of Freedom" presents itself from beginning to end of a piece and can be termed as one of the top country music albums in 2013 already. Despite the consistently high levels of some tracks deserve special mention:

- "Book of John": first-class lyrics and soulful interpretation!

Conclusion: Tim McGraw acts on "Two Lanes of Freedom" as freed and has found a perfect balance between his country roots and the commercial challenges of the market. The bonus tracks are a real addition. Therefore, the Accelerated De-Luxe version is worth in any case.
