Now her successor:
Positives:
- Freistellbares Scollrad - well to the case of larger documents to get an overview
- Load wired - if you did not change batteries, it was in a fix at the MX700
- Very precise.
Neutral:
- Huge Gleitpads. It quickly collects dust at it, wear is indeed distributed and thus more slowly but the material seems to be softer and scratched very quickly - higher friction. Overall, my mouse seems to support.
- Scroll left and right per scroll. The movement is too bad scalable, the button to give some feedback. May I use this feature too little (large monitors).
Negatives:
- Especially negatively the two thumb buttons are struck me (forwards / back). You have to pinch unsightly property from time to time, which I do not consider acceptable for hardware in this price range for simple.
- High weight. I had not fully gotten used to this day.
- Rubberized thumb rest with small "holes". In the small holes inevitably accumulates dirt, even if one always uses his mouse with clean hands. Cleaning is not really easy, you can not even give his mouse stuck in the dishwasher. Soft uneven surfaces are in my opinion not a good idea at a total of things that you often used and, consequently, often have to clean times.
EDIT 05/08/2012
After a little over 2 years using the switch for the left mouse button is worn out with my mouse.
Consequence: Click is going to draw double, while Mark and ect, "triggers" gladly times the click, funny fun if you do not immediately noticed and wonders where it just because what has hinverschoben.
This is unacceptable, at a mouse which has cost me just under 100 Euro.
I'll try to exchange, the support of Logitech is well known, legendary well. Unfortunately, by the former quality is not much left. I hope it rolls at Logitech times heads in quality management. The final products I bought are all more or less scrap (diNovo Edge, MX Air, Wireless Keyboard Wave).
The fact is tragic that there seems to be no manufacturer really high-quality input devices more.
