Even after a week I was able to a weight gain of 1kg notice (weighed at the same time
early in the morning after getting up):
Have I been calculated at five training days a week I get to 300 g daily. And 150 g at the two-workout
Days. Power in the week 1800g! 7000 g / 1800 g = 3.8 weeks. So it is enough just four weeks (1 month);).
With a regular income and an otherwise regular diet are 4-6 kg in a month quite feasible.
Had begun on a Thursday with the intake of 150 g in water and took this amount before and after exercise to me, which I then to the recommended 300 g came a day - as a kind of pre- and post-workout shake. Early in the morning I took additionally 100 g oatmeal with 300 ml of 1.5% milk and 30 g whey protein to me.
These three "meals" were then already a total of approximately 2300 kcal what would an average person with no daytime activities ranging completely. The remaining 1200 kcal I took it quite normal at about the diet. Thus I continually came to a positive energy balance of approximately +/- 500 kcal.
Overall, I felt even more voluminous to some of what friends of mine also confirmed the fact and I
noticed that the shirt a little stressed;).
On training days, I took only one unit (in the afternoon) from 150 g to me to minimize fat gain.
Conclusion:
For an absolute hardgainer, with fast metabolisms a thoroughly recommendable Supplement!
However, I would not as recommended, the unit with 500 ml milk consume because otherwise I think too much fat / sugar containing and attaches to follow too quickly to the hips ...
Caution While the 0.1% milk contains almost no fat but all about lactose!
To taste:
Have decided on the chocolate version, it tastes really delicious chocolatey though I'm not a chocolate fan ... but I would not be set to a taste of the product, of 7 kg otherwise it tastes very quickly on one side. ..
