I was initially surprised that the plate has a diameter of about 9 cm. A demand from Amazon was not answered, the manufacturer I got very quickly a detailed answer (only 8cm heated). As my espresso pot is still small, I was important. Otherwise everything works wonderfully and I am fully satisfied!
