For Spitzentanz preparatory training the body balance is an important issue.
The small, so hard to reach, deep muscles are particularly addressed here.
The board here is a very good tool, which brings added fun and ambition
incites to try all possible forms of balance.

This Balance Board is a great way to teach our children very early on a good, safe feeling body and get to know their limits, I wonder why this board has not long since found their way into the schools.
