As a flavor I tested French Vanilla and am thrilled. Even mixed with a spoon it tastes delicious, but then does not dissolve completely. The powder lumps but you can communicate then drink very well, as they develop a pleasant taste. In Shaker, o. Ä. It dissolves quasi completely. So there is nothing to complain about.
Another very important point for me is the digestibility. At low protein powders I often had the problem that I then had to bother the entire abdomen all day with stomach rumbling, bloating and bubbling. So far I can not find the product at this. With lactose-free milk, I can take the desired quantity of powder (approximately 60-90 g) symptom-free to me. This information is other lactose intolerant customers hopefully help.
The only downer: packaging and tin.
The 2 x kg package was exaggerated size. I'm not sure if it would still fit in a packing station. Much more annoying, however, was the opening of the can. Here the powder is counter shot, although the Aluversiegelung was still undamaged. Taking these carefully, you have to expect here again with neat powder shelling. Like the looked at me at the end, I have held as customer image. My advice therefore: open only in the sink! Otherwise you must first sweep powder
I think you can expect clean goods at least in a sealed condition. Therefore, I prefer a star, among other things as well, because the indication on the packaging (loosely translated) dissolves in no time with a spoon not quite true.

Update:
The second box (Milk Chocolate) was sealed clean. There were opening then no problems. However, this powder dissolves even worse than "French Vanilla". Even the taste is not very refreshing. I'll try more varieties and possibly grudge here. For the 5-star Kracher it but not quite enough yet simple.

Therefore, a total of 4 star, which you certainly can live with these criticisms.
