The powder dissolves well (not lumpy), but tastes pretty sour. Dissolved in a breakfast of orange juice or is this "sporty" sour, which I personally find quite good. In cornflakes with milk, it does not taste very good because it makes the whole sourly. A glass of juice with a measuring spoon of magnesium powder in the morning and the evening are well tolerated. But you should definitely something to eat, otherwise there is a tendency to diarrhea. What efficacy against muscle pain or muscle soreness may concern: In my opinion, no better and no worse than any of magnesium powder from the pharmacy.
