Shirley Horn is one of the greats of vocal jazz. This quiet album is one of my favorites. Listening to her expressive voice, is simply a pleasure.
In the evening - after a long day - a whiskey and to this CD. The gentle melancholy of the album is mainly used in the titles of "Here's To Life" and "Where Do You Start" advantage.

The recordings are technically very neat - on Verve level.
A great album!
