While efforts are being achieved no 1600 lumens, probably half, but the TrustFire A8 needs, for example, in the benchmarking with the NiteCore MT26, which I have also not to hide. Especially at close range it is practically equal. The NiteCore is just over 4 times more expensive, but this is partly offset by better equipment as replacement seals, clip, Chock and wrist strap. Who can, however, dispense with such accessories, makes the purchase of TrustFire A8 nothing wrong, it is my opinion easily worth their money. Furthermore, the workmanship is very good, on water resistance I have not tested (the NiteCore not). The TrustFire fits comfortably in your hand, is very elegant and is not excessively hot even after prolonged use in Turbo Mode. Another advantage is undoubtedly the much larger capacity of 26650 batteries up to 5000 mAh, only the holster deserves criticism, it looks cheap and is fiddly.
