Whirlpool dryer exhaust AWZ3789

Shortly I must address why the dryer from me only got 3 points.
Since my first device (delivery in Jan 12) was broken after 4 weeks, and I was no longer usable. 1 week in the winter without a dryer is really stupid and annoying.
The hotline of Whirlpool was not helpful at all, Techinker service after more than 1 week, and the tip of this hotline staff: to use a drying rack, is in winter not particularly helpful - I think. Amazon has helped me out of a jam and I got a new replacement unit within 1 week and the old unit was picked up by a forwarder.
For any problem the AMAZON staff were always very friendly and also helpful. Delivery and consultation with the shipping company worked really suuuper.
The noise decibels or during drying were for me the purchase of no importance, as the appliance is in the basement.

So now to the device:

+ The device is simple and easy to use.

* The high energy consumption (energy efficiency C) / high electricity costs
* The supplied exhaust hose is too short
* To security should also be secured with a hose clamp
