... And what have you done with Halestorm?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Let's start from the beginning. Say, the cover. A really great cover we have never gotten from Halestorm. Since the new forms also no exception. But the packaging was me with this band never terribly important and will therefore play no role in the awarding of points. Very important, however, but I was always the raw sound, the snotty attitude that catchiness, the melodies, the riffs and of course Lzzy's vocals. But beyond this is not available, unfortunately, not much left of the Halestorm the past. In the relevant gazettes the CD has already occupied throughout the first place in the disappointment of the month. But that could not and I did not want to accept, so of course I ordered the CD. But the writers have really no exaggeration. Such a concentrated collection of banal, trivial, predictable, really boring songs, I would not have expected the band in the worst nightmares !!! I hear the CD since yesterday morning all the time because I want to enforce that they like it. But it just does not work. Rather, I find myself, as I would prefer seeeehr often skipping! These constant, cruel Loops, Sequenzereinsprengsel, samples and voice / sound alienations, I go so the pointer! I also like quite the quieter sounds of the band. But it had to be equal to sooo many?!? The few, somewhat harder songs are so banal, predictable and listless runtergenudelt that I have real problems, what they hear with Halestorm, as I know / knew to reconcile. Must be because so obviously cribbed from The Pretty Reckless also the beginning of "Gonna Get Mine"? Then still in "what sober could'nt say" this lamentable Franz Lambert Memorial Organ ... cruel ... A few rays of hope I could make. But there's a star. The second for Lzzy's obviously still a brilliant voice. The songs and the production would (and will) get from me a single star. And I have both "Halestorm" and "The Strange Case Of ..." rated with all 5 stars. I wish the band that many other die-hard fans, as I was one, the CD can abgewinnen more than I have so far. But for me is "Into The Wild" a huge disappointment. Give it a try before you buy !!!
