This last volume of the trilogy is the previous height. We find this ability to handle everyday situations without falling into the futility and revealing the contrary, their importance in the lives of the characters, while often thwarting the expectations of the reader, even if imperceptibly. The very open ending suggests that the characters and their relationships continue to evolve as they have done in the three volumes.
