I have to go back a bit and the beginning does not sound great, but in the end it remains in the above conclusion. Sardines (skinless and boneless!) Are a preferred snack on my part for years. Always my pleasure. If my times sardines with skin, or worse were prefixed with bones - Würg, I do not like.
Sprats (traditionally with skin and with bones, without heads and innards) I got a few decades ago purposed times, was not my case, as I recall.
By chance I met with Amazon on this product and ordered it because of the good reviews.
Do not know what I ate back then, but these sprats are wonderful. (Of course I no relationship with the manufacturer or Amazon). The bones are well obviously present, but (unlike sardines with bones) so soft that you do not notice (really!). Sprat are juicier than all sardines that I've ever eaten, and (what better I can not think) "mildly spicy". Sardines taste good but are sometimes a bit dry. This one has the same touch, but better, spicy, juicy. You have to try.
Ok, if you pouring off the sprats, the oil well. In Cannery Row (oHuo G.) is poured from relatively clear vegetable oil. For sprat which looks more like brockiges brackish water. ;-) Maybe due to the skin in the Preserve.
There are arranged neatly six sprats (in the first case), despite having the same (?) Sample weight of 125 g, they seem a little smaller than sardines in their box.
All the info only. My taste Senoren say, as in another review, I want more, more, more, more and more. :-)
