Who want to play really cool ...

... Coming on the X-Box 360 you should not settle. I have, at last granted the box to Wahnsinnspreis me two months ago, after three years of PS3. New for a mere 150 euros for console, two controllers, 20GB hard drive, 5 games (Forza 3, Halo 3, Banjo Kazooie, Lego Batman and Pure). Plus 1 Year Gold for 30 Euro + 30 for wireless adapters so that the boundless games pleasure nothing stands in the way. And what can I say: It was definitely a worthwhile investment.

On the positive side
+ Console is very well made
+ Very good selection of games (Forza 3, GoW 1 + 2 and Alan Wake are great)
+ Very clear menu
+ X-Box Live is definitely worth the money. In my opinion, is the online play much more stable than the PS3
+ Controller is very comfortable to hold

On the negative side
- The very large power adapter
- While playing the disc, the console can be heard - but the console is not out loud! All the compare the sound with a hair dryer or a jet plane exaggerate wildly.

So, who has to decide between two consoles should know beforehand whether to buy the thing just to gamble (then X-Box 360) wants or even Blu-ray and DVD's look (then PS3). But who has the wherewithal, both should get. I regretted it by no means
