The positives:
- Gameplay, atmosphere (plenty of scenes) in Story Mode - as always - very good
- Interesting novelty: In Story mode, you can deal with the Jin Dynasty for the first time.
- The encyclopedia is very extensive. The information about known and less well-known officers are so detailed that you can actually take a long time to read it all.
- In Conquest mode, you can test your knowledge when you visit the cities in a learned and experienced many a quaint detail. Example: Did you know that the mystic Zuo Ci has the ruler of Wei (Cao Cao) served dragon liver? No ??? I do not ... Where did he get this dragon liver? No, this question is not asked, but as Zuo Ci is one of our favorite characters, I have asked myself - for fun ;-) ...
So, the scholar asks: Which court Zuo Ci Cao Cao has not served? Four possible answers ... ok it was the bird's nest soup, but WHY NOT the dragon liver ??? Regardless, Zuo Ci was now even a strange guy ...
The answers so ... are you the scholar by choice mode - just like "Millionaire", and in some cases the issues are also just as hard ... With enough correct answers to no million but receives at least some money though, with which one eg to the arms dealer; Dealer or blacksmith can buy something in the cities.
The negatives, or "Why does the game only 4 stars?"
- In Story Mode the 2 player mode is missing (the online mode is for Familinemitglieder or friends who want to play, not the solution)
- The Conquest offers many, but the battle structurally often repetitive and sometimes boring battles
- In Conquest Mode you can indeed unlock many characters in legendary battles, but the atmosphere in these battles is mostly less legendary ...
- All in all, the game looks a bit as if the developers have not had much time to optimize the game,
... because actually you can (if they wanted to, or had enough time had ???)
- Too little choice of music, background music mostly average
Subjective comment:
- Well, we had previously played Warriors Orochi 3 Hyper for the Wii U, although only a fantasy story, but my journey is also visited legendary battles that were actually designed this legendary, therefore sufficiently complex, versatile music selection, etc., the characters are all more costumes to selection, duration motivation through epic weapons armament and deepening relations, which led to new talks at the Camp, and ... yes, Zuo Ci was playable, extremely important: -D ...
So, as a scene with Zuo Ci how he killed a dragon to come to the liver (in one of the next Dynasty Warriors), which he eventually served Cao Cao, would be a sufficient redress that this character in Dynasty Warriors 7 is not playable.
In fact, the history books would provide ample material to sometimes create a gwürztes with more humor "slapstick-Game" as Sengoku Basara Samurai Heroes - for the Dynasty Warriors, That would be a welcome change ...
