In 2013, he must and must sound different, Nick Cave has changed but his songwriting and expanded. Otherwise I can but little abgewinnen the album.
Why is this album is actually released? The song selection and sequence allows little concert drama. Near the end of "Far From Me" asks Nick Cave characteristically "What Else?" He gives himself dispassionately. Who wants to understand Live From KCRW as a snapshot of its creativity, can certainly live with that. I feel the disc as dull and without concept with few highlights. I was allowed to see him differently on stage already.
