The first makes "Houstatlantvegas", which was produced by Noah "40" Shebib. This song is aimed mainly its attention to the pompous and glamorous melodies that create a stunning atmosphere that has no equal. Drake here offers us a mixture of rap and vocal parts that complement each other well. Continuing with the mystical and mysterious sounding single "Succesful" with Trey Songz. The slow but extremly massive Beat lets the speakers really good sit up and RnB singer Trey Songz gives the whole track still a relaxed and chilled-stamped. Even the next piece is a single and it is clear to "Best I Ever Had" a song with powerful addictive. Boi-1da's Beat is indeed fairly easy knit, but gets through the beautiful piano melody and Drake's good vocals in the chorus, which is by the way more than catchy suspicious, that certain something which ripens this song to a hammer title. Drake, Bun B and Lil Wayne on a track together - that sounds pretty damn cool and that's why we get now also "Uptown" to the ears hewn with a listening of about 6 minutes. The old organ in the background is a brilliant idea and harmonizes beautifully with the beat, as well as Drake, Lil Wayne and Bun B mainly provide here raptechnisch a sovereign idea from. Extremly hard also hammering "I'm going in" to us because Needlz has here a beat from the wrist shaken like a glove fits Drake, Young Jeezy and Lil Wayne and partially Kick Bass beats and playful melodies gets the finishing touches. Next up was again Noah "40" Shebib for "The Calm" on the controls in the studio, which sound technically very inspired by the opening song of the album, however, far from so radiates a presence. The end of "So Far Gone" EP prepares us Produced by DJ Khalil song "Fear", which is a worthy conclusion. A casual beat with melodic combinations of guitars, violins and a few piano and xylophone beats form an accompanying basis, the Drake to use well know, and once again runs at its best.
So that's about it now already - 7 songs with a total playing time of 33 minutes are good at the end and we got a nice impression leaving us with Drake under the wing of Lil Wayne and his label Young Money Ent. everything is expected so. Certainly Drake expand even one or the other, but the work on his debut album "Thank Me Later" to run, after all yet. Now it's so wait and see or this EP and Drake's previous three mixtapes listen until we hopefully in early 2010. "Thank Me Later" can hold in your hands.
