I use these blinds just as decoration in front of my large windows / skylights. Since they are not adjusted to me, I can not say anything about the long-term use. However, they appear more than cheap in processing. No metal, no proper chain belt as cable ... all plastic made in China. The fabric can be compared with a foil. No matter appearance or structure. The blinds are ok for my purpose, but who would like to take this blind and use: Stay away.
