I bought this multifunction after reading a very good test on the net. Now I wonder if I'm unlucky or if the tests are "bidonnés". I had 2 different models, all dysfonctionnaient differently. Add to that the printer is very compact and just as heavy. On the first, wifi did not work at all, yet this model came from an Amazon repackaged product tested poorly but surely. In fact, I ended up solving the problem of making a wifi wired Update. Having requested a return to Amazon before finding the solution, I even sent them when the printer "repaired". The second model, the WiFi worked, and everything else too. Then. after about 15 days, the paper tray did not want to load paper. To believe the forums is a problem experienced by HP but not settled. I therefore referred the printer and Canon went with a basic model.
