The device has a "guarantee" 2 years - but after 8 months of not contact Amazon for a return of a fully HS device.

The soul turns over because the attachment between the bowl and the motor rotates in the vacuum. Things are heating up quickly as well. I thought of having a good affair but I should buy a real robot - a Vitamix !!!!

The guarantee is CLEARLY marked on the page with the descriptions of the product. Very disappointed ....
