[I am very satisfied with my purchase from Amazon. This model 720 at Sony suits me perfectly. Very beautiful image. Friendly network connectivity (Picasa / twitter and dlna WEB browser and Opera coupled with a nice keyboard for iphone). I did not buy for 3D but one day maybe. A USB socket to record on hard drive that works well (even if it needs a disk with a single partition and the files are not stored in a known format). Very readable movies recorded with my camera in HD format (AVCHD) for rendering stunning. I was looking for a model with a pretty good sound quality (many complained LEDs to sound); we distinctly heard the words, and surround effects brings a definite plus.
As for the quality of the delivery and return at Amazon, it really is flawless. The first model had a dead pixel on the screen center (fluorescent green color). I clicked on the site and exchange 3 days after I had another model and a pre-printed label pre-paid for the return of the defective model. No traditional seller would have done this kind of exchange !!! Hat Amazon.
