I have a few months ago ordered the adapter, but it connected until a few days ago. Had I known how easy it is to install, I would certainly have done it right.

I have installed Win 7 64-bit on my computer.

1. Microsoft drivers installed
2. USB connector plugged in, waited briefly, until Device ready
3. button pressed to search controller both the adapter and the desired controller

The controller was immediately recognized and everything works smoothly since then, with rumble feature. Actually, just like with my XBox.

Definitely for Win7 64-bit user I can give an unlimited purchase recommendation.
