Since I often did not get any connection to my Fritz box, especially on weekends and even on very sunny days, I opted for this repeater. The setting for the manual was a little awkward and I had in the system settings (WIN 8, 64bit) search, but after some time the connection was made. Even after I had to re-set up for other reasons my system after a few days, the repeater was right back.
