I could not make friends instantly with the newest concoction of Gorillaz me, already the first single "Stylo" I liked at first only partially. As I listened to the whole CD with high expectations and I was disappointed at first not really convinced. "Plastic Beach" was somehow different from its two predecessors, somehow complicated, somehow beginners Rude. The next day I had the extreme urge to listen to the CD again and then again and again and again. Although I was initially put off a bit and then hats with me sometime "click" made. For me it is now the absolute most interesting, the most diverse, the most beautiful plate of Gorillaz! I own "Plastic Beach" a few weeks and I have time for a review left tidy in order not to write in the hyped state, but still is "Plastic Beach" one of the most important albums of 2010 and for me definitely the wichstigste, wegweisenste album this band. Nothing could better represent the Gorillaz as "Plastic Beach"!
