I've made the first three DVDs several times and find this great. Although I have already visited half a year Zumba classes, you have to get a pure place twice, because it is a bit challenging, yes, but you get used to it. Of the exercises ago I like the DVD Ripped very good (in this case one uses the Toning Sticks and a chair) and has a great mix of weight training and dance. The Exhilarate DVD I've ever tried, but canceled because I found it very stressful. If I have a few times made the other DVDs, I try this again.
