With start-up problems

Product arrived one day later than promised. Unfortunately, the included battery was not ready. Inserting and again remove the battery is difficult. After several attempts with a new battery of the Pointer worked finally.
Generally positive, I find that it is a compact pen unlike other very bulky devices.
